CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full-time, on-site Sr Management Analyst in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and will perform the following duties/responsibilities. CC
o Assists and supports the Branch Chief & Deputy Branch Chief in the administration of the branch business and operations including:
o Maintains Supervisor’s and Branch calendars
o Schedules & coordinates meetings and/or conferences for the branch
o Establishes, updates, and maintains office records of various types to ensure the efficient operations.
o Performs timely review of DTS travel authorization and vouchers to ensure personnel comply with all required elements for branch chief approval
o Maintains office supplies stocks
o Assists R&D Business Administration Execution
o Generate Purchase Requests and Funding Profiles to include Form 9s, Form 4009s, Form 448s and Form 185s
o Email requestors when funding documents are processed through contracting
o Maintains Business Obligation and Execution Plans
o Generates Quarterly Business Management Review Reports and Charts
o Assists Program Managers in writing final technical reports
o Generates all STINFO and DTIC required forms before submitting technical reports
o Assisting Personnel with Travel Authorizations and Expense Vouchers
• Records Management
o Supports and coordinates the branch's public release (PA) process.
o Develops and maintains branch electronic resources including the branch's Teams site and Teams tools.
o Develops and maintains branch materials for presentation on hallway monitors.
o Supports and maintains MAR/WAR development, including formatting and editing inputs from scientist and placing them in the RX MAR tracking tool.
o Maintains laboratory and branch safety records in coordination with tech and lab POCs.

o Support Branch Management in Meeting Scheduling
o Support Tasker Completion
o Helps coordinate and support tours/visits of branch facilities
• Conference support
• Contractor and Summer Student In-Processing and Documentation Support
• Follows up on branch personnel training and due dates

•Outstanding organizational skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to work independently and in a group setting • Proficient in CCaR (preferred)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to pass a National Agency Check for identification • Must be able to attain/maintain CAC
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associate's Degree required •(Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or related degree preferred)
• 3-10 years’ experience Bachelor’s; 8+ yrs for Associates (required) • Contract Management (Required) • Relevant Work Experience and/or Experience with R&D Case File (preferred)
Current Secret clearance preferred, but at a minimum must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance as required.
Commensurate with education and experience.
